COPPER OX

 

        More than 150 years ago, ox were used for their strength and endurance to haul loads of copper form the mines in the hills and valleys to the port over 100km away. These hills and valleys are today covered with vineyards and produce some of the best wine form Sonth Australia. This wine is sourced from these vineyards and pays tribute to the mighty and hard working “Copper Ox”.

        Preminm fruit from dry grown vineyards in the Clare Valley have produced this intense, full bodied wine. Aged in French oak, it displays flavours of blueberry, blackberry and mocha with a hint pepper and spice. Silky tannins and lingering mouth feel complete this rich South Australian wine.

 

        Sourced from dry grown vineyards in the Clare Valley in South Australia, this premium wine has matured in French oak and has rich, full bodied flavours of blackcurrant and dark berries with a hint of eucalypt and chocolate. The intense palate finishes with long, velvety tannins which complete this opulent wine.
